MH CET LAW ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA For five-year Integrated LLB programme- Candidates must have qualified Senior Secondary School/ Intermediate Examination/ 12th Board Exam of 10+2 school pattern or equivalent from a recognized University of India or outside
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST category candidates) in aggregate of the subjects
- Candidates appearing the qualifying examination of 10+2 are also eligible to apply provided they attain the minimum marks required and show a proof of the same at the time of admissions
- There is no upper age criterion for MH CET Law as per the new regulations of Bar Council of India
- However, candidates possessing the 10+2 qualifying certificate through Open University system without having any basic qualification are not eligible to apply for MH CET Law applications
- Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline of any University of Mumbai or an equivalent recognized University of 10+2+3 education pattern
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST category candidates) in aggregate of the subjects
- As per the regulations of Bar Council of India, there is no age limit to apply for MH CET Law
- Candidates appearing final year examination of qualifying degree are also eligible to apply subjected to attainment of minimum marks required and they must provide proof of the same at the time of admissions
- However, if candidates have qualified 10+2 Passing Certificate of First Year Degree Certificate through correspondence mode then they are eligible to apply provided the degree is obtained through regular system

Candidates who qualify the MH CET Law exam or University level exam, they have to appear in the counselling procedure for seat allotment. The counselling will be conducted through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) in online mode. The seat will be allotted on the basis of the performance in the entrance exam & seat availability. The selection of candidates through direct admission will be based on the merit list & university norms. Candidates have to fill the admission form for direct admission
